1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are:
- Damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Without original packaging or missing parts.
- Purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (non-returnable).
2. Return Process

- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
- The product must be handed over to the courier in its original condition.
3. Refunds
- Since SofiaFrame accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:
- Cash Refund: If payment was collected, a cash refund will be arranged upon successful return verification.
- Exchange/Replacement: Customers may opt for a replacement product of equal value.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and certain consumables (like cleaning kits) are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
