1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are:
    • Damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
    • Without original packaging or missing parts.
    • Purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (non-returnable).

2. Return Process

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. The product must be handed over to the courier in its original condition.

3. Refunds

  • Since SofiaFrame accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:
    • Cash Refund: If payment was collected, a cash refund will be arranged upon successful return verification.
    • Exchange/Replacement: Customers may opt for a replacement product of equal value.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
